The individual in this role will serve as a consultant to management on human resourcesrelated business issues and act as both an employee champion and change agent. The Human Resources Business Partner will assess and anticipate human resources needs for assigned business units proactively communicating those needs with members of the Human Resources Team and leadership to identify and develop integrated solutions.
This role provides continuous opportunities to build partnerships within Human Resources and to deliver valued services to management and employees that support company objectives while meeting the specific needs of assigned business units.
This position will support business units in Edina Minnesota and Anchorage Alaska. The individual in this role must be willing and able to travel to Anchorage at least quarterly. This role requires working in-office for the first 90 days with the opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule afterward. We welcome applicants with three or more years of experience as a Human Resources Business Partner to apply.

Compensation overview
The targeted hiring range for this role is $90000 $110000 annually plus an annual incentive bonus. Candidates with over five years of experience can expect a target salary range of $100000 $120000 annually plus an annual incentive bonus. The base pay offered may vary depending on the job-related knowledge skills credentials and experience of each candidate as well as other factors such as the scope and location of the role. Candidates looking for compensation outside of the posted range are encouraged to apply and will be considered based on their individual qualifications and / or may be considered for other positions.
