Pay: Starting at $15$17/hour based on experience and education
Schedule: Full-time MondayFriday 9-6PM schedule
- Create a Loving Environment: Build a safe cheerful classroom where children feel secure and excited to explore.
- Encourage Independence: Support self-help skills like handwashing clean-up routines and early potty training with patience and positivity.
- Celebrate Growth: Observe and nurture each childs social emotional cognitive and physical development.
- Partner with Families: Share daily updates progress reports and warm conversations to build trust and connection.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with fellow educators to create a consistent supportive environment.
- Keep It Safe & Joyful: Follow health and safety protocols while keeping the classroom clean organized and full of energy.
- High school diploma/GED (required)
- Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- 6 months of teaching or childcare experience (preferred)
- A genuine love for children and a passion for early education
- Patience creativity and a warm team-oriented spirit
