Position Purpose summary:
The Christmas Kettle Campaign Coordinator work is focused on ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the Kettle Campaign maximizing volunteers and donations and ensuring competent and compliant Kettle Coverage for all areas.
The Salvation Army Christmas Kettle Campaign is part of a century old tradition to contribute towards building strong communities by helping TSA to give hope to others.
Kettle Coordinator position is a short-term contract position. The incumbent is responsible for oversight of several Christmas Kettle locations in a given geographical zone area. Zone locations include shopping malls grocery stores and retail outlets.
Key Accountabilities:
The incumbent may perform all some or similar range of duties.

Internal: TSA staff members Kettle campaign team
External: Community members
MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITY:
FINANCIAL AND MATERIALS MANAGEMENT:
Collect donations and petty cash and ensure donations are always kept secure.

Compensation:
The target hiring range for this position is $17.85 to $19.69 with a maximum of $23.63.Placement in the salary range will be based on factors such as market conditions internal equity and candidate experience skills and qualifications relevant to the role.
