DescriptionIn This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
- Provide support for the EHS programs processes and management system.
- Conduct research on regulatory requirements and corporate EHS policies.
- Lead and facilitate risk assessments job hazard analyses (JHAs) and equipment reviews.
- Deliver instructor-led training on topics such as hazard communication storm water management PPE ergonomics and more.
- Coordinate and participate in safety audits inspections and compliance reviews.
- Coordinate basic EHS programs and handle Safety Data Sheets (SDSs).
- Support the development and implementation of EHS programs.
- Assist in incident management audits and corrective actions.
- Conduct ergonomic assessments and promote workplace safety initiatives.
- Stay current with EHS laws and regulations.

For This Role You Will Need:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering Environmental Health Occupational Health & Safety Industrial Hygiene Chemistry or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Certifications: ASP GSP OHST or similar certifications preferred (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
- Solid understanding of EHS regulations.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook).
- Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit/stand for long periods perform physical activities (lifting up to 25 lbs. occasionally) and wear required PPE.
- Other: Willingness to travel occasionally for training or site visits.
- Legal authorization to work in the United States - Sponsorship will not be provided for this position.

Our compensation philosophy is simple: we pay a competitive base salary within the local market in which we operate and reward performance during our annual merit review process. The salary range for this role is $70000 - $95000 annually commensurate with the skills talent capabilities and experience each candidate brings to a role.
