Responsibilities

Create and maintain test cases and plans.
Report and track bugs; verify content workflows.
Ensure cross-browser/device compatibility.
Support QA process improvements and troubleshoot user issues.

Requirements

3 years QA experience (SaaS or e-commerce preferred).
Familiarity with Jira Asana or similar tools.
Basic knowledge of HTML CSS JavaScript and REST APIs.
Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
