MAINTENANCE/FACILITY TECHNICIAN (Full-Time)

Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance and repairs onplumbing electrical HVAC and light constructionsystems
- Understand the operation of all facility equipment
- Diagnose and resolve building and facility issues efficiently
- Conductbasic manual repairsto ensure facility upkeep
- Maintain theoverall functionality and aestheticsof the building
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum5 years of experiencein facility maintenance or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
- Self-motivated with the ability tomulti-taskand work independently
- Takes initiative and demonstrates a proactive approach to maintenance tasks
- Professional personable and respectful demeanor
- Effectivecommunication and listening skillswith the ability to follow instructions
- Commitment to maintaining aclean organized and efficientwork environment
