Job Description

Customer Management department is looking for a Contact Management Specialist

What you will do:

  • Launch and management of public tenders for the provision of services (Active participation in the launch and management of a new public tender for the provision of services;
  • Analysis and reformulation of contractual requirements based on improvements identified in the current process; SLA control)
  • Process Optimization and Continuous Improvement (automation and operational efficiency) (Identification of opportunities for improvement in existing processes;
  • Implementation of solutions aimed at greater agility operational efficiency and cost reduction especially in outsourcing contracts;
  • Definition of improvement requirements for process support systems;
  • Strategic Initiatives for cost reduction and compliance with regulations applicable to the sector)
  • Development and monitoring of projects with a direct impact on cost reduction in processes and compliance with regulatory requirements (multidisciplinary projects in the organization) (Construction of business cases definition and monitoring of performance metrics and indicators;
  • Monitoring and support for the contact management operation;
  • Monitoring of processes related to contact management;
  • Definition of procedures and minutes;
  • Support in training providers;
  • Clarification of doubts and support for the operation;
  • Operational control and indicators

Employment type: Full-Time

Work site: Hybrid Model

What are we looking for:

  • Masters or bachelors degree inElectrical engineering or Management/Economics
  • Strong analytical background;
  • At least 3 years experience in functions related to process management projects contracts or quality of service (preferably in the area of services utilities or regulated areas);
  • Analytical profile with a strong orientation towards results and problem-solving;
  • Ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary projects;
  • Ease of communication interpersonal relationships and negotiation skills;
  • Strategic vision and ability to manage priorities in complex and dynamic contexts;
