Production & Efficiency:
Monitor production levels allocate tasks to team members and optimize mining processes to meet targets.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and guide the mining workforce providing training mentorship and on-the-job instruction.
Equipment Management:
Ensure the proper operation maintenance and efficient use of all mining equipment.
Coordination & Reporting:
Collaborate with engineers geologists and other departments to resolve operational challenges and report on production progress.
Problem-Solving:
Address operational issues as they arise and implement solutions to keep the mine running smoothly.
Leadership:
Ability to provide direction manage teams and foster a productive work environment.
Communication:
Effectively relay instructions information and feedback between the workforce and senior management.
Technical Knowledge:
