About your workplace
Outdoor Cooking ist eine neue Produktkategorie fr Miele.Das ist die Aufgabe
- Konzeptionieren und Durchfhren von Produkt- und Verkaufstrainings fr interne (u.a. lokale Trainingskoordinatoren) und externe Zielgruppen (B2C/B2B) in der DACH-Region
- Erstellen und regelmiges Aktualisieren von Train-the-Trainer Materialen und Toolboxes fr die globale Trainers Community sowie Mitwirken bei der Entwicklung digitaler Lernmedien durch die Miele Training Akademie
- Entwickeln von Kunden-Nutzen-Argumentationen in Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklung Vertrieb und Culinary Manager
- Kontinuierliches Bewerten der Wirksamkeit von Trainingsprogrammen und -medien unter Einbeziehung von Feedback
- Untersttzen bei Prsentationen und Beratungen auf internen und externen Veranstaltungen
- Mitwirken bei der Erarbeitung von Wettbewerbsvergleichen
Das berzeugt uns
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder vergleichbar
- Berufserfahrung insbesondere im Bereich Schulung oder in der Beratung bzw. im Verkauf von Outdoor Cooking/Grillen
- Hohes Engagement sowie ein freundliches und verbindliches Auftreten
- Kommunikativ und teamfhig
