Responsibilities
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop visual merchandising strategies for stores ensuring brand consistency and impact
- Participate in Product Line Reviews with Visual Merchandising team to execute merchandising and styling for the applicable cross-functional reviews
- Collaborate on merchandising and marketing solutions for integrated visual projections
- Execute cohesive and consistent content translation from Product Line Review through executional phase of product
- Support the execution of Brand-right sophisticated and elevated visual merchandising and marketing solutions for Brand and strategic tests
- Applies general visual standards for merchandising of seasonal monthly or business required changes
- Participate in initial Product Launch floor walkthroughs to Cross Functional Leadership and Merchant Partners
- Provide complete and accurate visual merchandising content that is communicated to stores effectively with detailed and quality information in documents and all other forms of visual store communication
- Provide competitive analysis and knowledge of current trends
- Participate in store visits to identify strengths and opportunities of Product Launch execution to continue to evolve direction and communication through merchandising strategies seasonally
- Supports and executes the sample process and meeting invites
- Supports monthly tests and test communication
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelors degree or similar experience
- Minimum 3-5 years of corporate or field visual merchandising experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Google Suite/platforms and Microsoft 365 programs
