What Were Looking For

The professional will be responsible for driving the success of regional clients by managing our Marketplace (B2C) and Local Sales (B2B) solutions in a consultative and results-oriented approach. This includes partnering closely with marketing to strengthen local brand presence and customer activation while monitoring key metrics like GMV platform usage engagement and NPS to ensure continuous improvement.

This role also leads onboarding and training to boost solution adoption and digital education maintains strong relationships with local operators and decision-makers and identifies opportunities for upselling cross-selling and portfolio growth. Additionally it involves developing and executing strategic account plans resolving operational issues in collaboration with internal teams and acting as the primary link between clients and our product support finance marketing and operations teams.

Keeping systems updated (CRM account history action plans) mapping regional trends providing strategic insights and supporting on-site visits and local initiatives are also key responsibilities. Ultimately this role reinforces our client relationships and brand presence across all levels.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customer success by leading onboarding training sessions and tracking key metrics (GMV engagement NPS).
  • Identify opportunities for upselling cross-selling and expanding solution adoption.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients and internal teams (product support finance marketing and operations).
  • Proactively resolve operational issues and keep systems up to date (CRM action plans).
  • Map regional trends and generate strategic insights for the business.
  • Use tools such as CRMs data platforms ticketing systems and advanced spreadsheets.

What Youll Need to Succeed

  • Degree in Business Administration Marketing Management or related fields.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Prior knowledge of the bus or urban mobility sector.
  • Experience with onboard solutions in-person sales systems or terminal management.
  • Background working with clients in TBD understanding seasonality and regional specifics.
  • Experience driving digital transformation in traditional companies.
  • Availability for occasional regional travel.
  • Ability to adapt to diverse client profiles and operational maturity levels.
  • Data analysis and SQL skills.

O que buscamos:

O profissional ser responsvel por assegurar o sucesso dos clientes regionais por meio da gesto das solues Marketplace (B2C) e Vendas Locais (B2B) atuando de forma consultiva e orientada a resultados. Para isso colaborar estreitamente com o time de marketing no fortalecimento da presena local da marca e na ativao de clientes alm de monitorar e analisar indicadores-chave como GMV utilizao da plataforma engajamento e NPS garantindo aes proativas para a evoluo contnua dos resultados. Tambm conduzir processos de onboarding e treinamentos com foco na adoo das solues e na educao digital dos clientes mantendo um relacionamento prximo e recorrente com operadores e tomadores de deciso locais para compreender suas necessidades e elaborar planos de ao personalizados.

Ser essencial identificar oportunidades de upsell cross-sell e expanso do portflio elaborando e acompanhando planejamentos estratgicos das contas e conduzindo reunies peridicas de alinhamento e desempenho. O profissional dever antecipar e solucionar demandas operacionais em conjunto com as reas internas assegurando fluidez e qualidade na jornada do cliente alm de atuar como elo entre os clientes e os times de produto suporte financeiro marketing e operaes para garantir a execuo integrada das iniciativas. Tambm ser responsvel por manter os sistemas atualizados incluindo CRM histricos e planos de ao e por mapear tendncias regionais identificando oportunidades e fornecendo insights estratgicos que contribuam para o direcionamento do negcio. Por fim apoiar visitas presenciais eventos e aes locais sempre que necessrio reforando o relacionamento e a presena da marca.

Responsabilidades:

  • Garantir o sucesso do cliente conduzindo onboarding treinamentos e acompanhando indicadores (GMV engajamento NPS).

  • Utilizar ferramentas como CRM plataformas de dados sistemas de ticketing e planilhas avanadas.

Conhecimentos necessrios para mandar bem:

  • Superior - Administrao Marketing Negcios e reas afins
  • Ingls nvel intermedirio
  • Conhecimento prvio do setor rodovirio ou de mobilidade urbana
  • Experincia com solues embarcadas sistemas de venda presencial ou gesto de terminais
  • Vivncia com clientes do TBD compreendendo sazonalidades e particularidades regionais
  • Experincia em transformao digital de empresas tradicionais
  • Disponibilidade para viagens espordicas na regio
  • Boa capacidade de adaptao a mltiplos perfis de cliente e maturidades de operao
  • Anlise de dados e SQL
