Compensation Range:
The starting pay for this position is $40000 - $55000 for unlicensed candidates $49000 - $68000 for limited licensed candidates and $51000 - $72000 annual salary for fully licensed candidates and is based on non-discriminatory factors such as skills and experience.

Essential Functions:
- Be present in the clinic each day
- Meet with individuals coming into the office who need paperwork to be updated in order to provide services
- Complete any needed paperwork accurately and thoroughly prior to individual receiving other services at CNS that day
- Conduct Intake Meet and Greets providing information about services to new individuals served
- Act as clinical point of contact for Customer Care Team including receiving phone calls forwarded from CCT
- Assist with behavioral de-escalation when necessary
- Maintain compliance with quality care initiatives including Meaningful Use (MU) Medicare Merit Based Incentive Payment System (MIPS) Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) requirements.
- Ensure that the CNS Healthcare standards of service are applied to interactions with individuals served guests and staff.
- Assume responsibility for professional growth by current reading and attendance at educational programs and conferences.
- Maintain knowledge and compliance with established policies and procedures corporate compliance program code of ethics applicable federal state and local laws and regulations HIPAA standards and other regulatory programs.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Preferred
- Masters degree in Social Work Counseling or Psychology with state licensure or limited licensure including Limited Licensed Masters Social Worker (LLMSW) Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) Limited Licensed Professional Counselor (LLPC) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) Limited Licensed Psychologist (LLP) or Licensed Psychologist (LP)
- At least one-year prior experience working with individuals with mental illness
