Job Title: Estimator / Project Coordinator Supply & Fit Department (Glass Industry)
Location: London
Job Type: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Competitive dependent on experience
About the Role
Seeking a proactive and detail-driven Estimator / Project Coordinator to support a busy Supply & Fit
Department. This role will suit someone with a solid background in construction estimating and project
coordination ideally with exposure to the glass and glazing sector. While industry-specific knowledge is
beneficial strong commercial acumen problem-solving ability and the confidence to manage projects
from quotation through to installation are the main priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare clear accurate and competitive quotations for supply and installation projects
Interpret technical drawings specifications and site requirements
Liaise with clients contractors and suppliers to obtain pricing and project details
Conduct site visits where required to evaluate scope and logistics
Manage and track tenders following up on submitted quotes
Draft accurate contracts budgets and RAMS documentation
Oversee site installations to ensure safety quality and timely delivery
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience as an Estimator within the construction or glazing industry
Strong understanding of glazing systems materials and installation methods
Excellent numerical and analytical ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and estimating/project management software
Clear and confident communication skills both written and verbal
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects at once
Good working knowledge of Health & Safety regulations in the UK construction sector
