Job responsibilities
- Define and execute the product vision and strategy for the entire Application Platform portfolio
- Partner with engineers and peers within Chase Travel to align initiatives with overall business objectives
- Build and maintain relationships with key technology stakeholders
- Coaches and mentors the product team on best practices such as solution generation market research storyboarding mind-mapping prototyping methods product adoption strategies and product delivery enabling them to effectively deliver on objectives
- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure developer satisfaction adoption and business impact
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch
- Helping the scrum/product development team achieve each sprints goals.
- Ownership of N2 sprint planning readiness & grooming.
- Preparing new ideas/ concepts for Intake
- Informing stakeholders and customers about the products status.
- Collaborate with various QUAD partners ( Tech Design Data & Product)
Required qualifications capabilities and skills
- As a product owner possess 10 years of experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Email Communication platform like Sendgrid AWS Pinpoint or equivalent
- Knowledge of Marketing technology stack
- Proven ability to influence the adoption of key product life cycle activities including discovery ideation strategic development requirements definition and value management
- Expertise in executive stakeholder management
