What you can expect in the programme
- An extensive 2-year job rotation journey across teams & product offices;
- Network-wide ongoing development programme with 4-5 weeks overseas training opportunity;
- Outside-in exposure events including company visits and external training;
- Regular career coaching from HR & direct managers;
- Wide range of staff engagement activities to build up internal network.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or higher with less than 1 years postgraduate full time work experience;
- Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Proficiency in English. Fluency in Cantonese and Mandarin would be an advantage;
- Self-motivated and have a genuine interest in pursuing a banking and finance career;
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills; and
- Willingness to learn and have a can-do attitude.
