Role: Junior Product Specialist

About the role:
The Junior Product Specialist provides a service in analysing assembling and maintaining vehicle specification data. This data will be used by the wider team to create CGI still and animation assets for direct marketing and web & digital-based media
What you will be doing:
- At the end of a 6-month probation period you should be able to:
- With support and full training: ingest create maintain prepare and deliver vehicle specifications-based documentation
- Identify and extract market-specific vehicle variation data
- Act as a point of contact between the Product Information (PI) and Client Services (CS) teams and Client for any product or technical queries
- Validate project briefs using complex Client-supplied documentation
- Attend Client meetings (remotely or on-site)
- Attend internal meetings as a point of contact for your allocated carline(s)
- Liaise with teams during the creation and updating of assets validating both product accuracy and visual representation
- Product check assets produced and where applicable upload for Client approval
- You will be open and willing to attend sustainability training relevant to your role and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues
What you need to be great in this role:
- PC literate good working knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel Outlook etc.)
- A minimum intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Proactive and able to show initiative
- Thorough and methodical work ethic
- Analytical thinker excellent problem-solving skills
- Team player
- You can be the change - you prioritise environmental responsibility social equity and economic viability and how that translates into your day-to-day role
