Are you a proven leader in automotive sales with the drive to exceed targets and build a winning team New Smyrna Chrysler Jeep Dodge is seeking an Sales Manager to lead our dealership to the next level. If you thrive on closing deals motivating teams and delivering an exceptional customer experience we want you on our leadership team.

What Youll Do

• Close Deals & Structure Profitable Transactions Work hands-on with customers and the sales team to finalize deals and maximize profitability
• Lead & Develop the Sales Team Recruit hire train and mentor sales consultants to achieve peak performance.
• Drive Sales Performance Set clear objectives implement strategies and monitor results to meet and exceed monthly/annual targets.
• Champion the Customer Experience Oversee every step of the sales process to ensure professional transparent and exceptional service.
• Manage Daily Operations Maintain accurate records monitor inventory and ensure compliance with dealership policies and manufacturer programs.
• Build the Brand Represent and grow the dealerships presence in the Automall and local community.
• Analyze & Report Review sales metrics identify opportunities and drive continuous improvement.

What Were Looking For

• 3 years Automotive Closer experience .
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales goals.
• Strong closing and deal-structuring skills.
• Excellent leadership communication and organizational abilities.
• Experience with CRM systems and dealership software (Elead Reynolds or similar).
• Valid Florida drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
