WE ARE HIRING!
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Resident Manager at the Thomas Logan Apartments in Boise ID and Parkway 43 Townhomes in Garden City ID. As a Resident Manager you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of the communities while also providing exceptional customer service to our residents. This is an excellent opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of individuals and families in our community.
Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records including lease agreements rent payments and maintenance requests
- Assist with leasing and renewing leases as well as processing tenant applications
- Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of vacant units and office/common areas
- Identify and report maintenance issues during unit turns and perform minor maintenance and repair work as needed
- Perform grounds-keeping duties including landscaping and snow removal
- Provide excellent customer service to residents responding promptly to their concerns and needs
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Basic knowledge of record keeping and computer skills
- Excellent customer service skills and ability to foster a positive community environment
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Strong communication and self-motivation skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check
