Who we are:

We are a six-doctor practice with a variety of services ranging from wellness and illness exams to dentistry & many surgical procedures. We also work with a mobile internal specialist & a mobile orthopedic specialist. Crestwood Court Veterinary Clinic fosters a culture of respect trust empathy and communication to our team clients and pets.

Has at least 1-2 years experience

Job Overview:

Our Veterinary CSR ensures prompt customer service to our clients and promotes greater efficiency by helping with the flow of the hospital. Scheduling appointments messages filling prescriptions (when eligible) & invoicing clients.

Job responsibilities include:

Uses sound judgment when making decisions about patient care

Responds quickly and calmly to emergencies

Maintains high standards of patient care

Communicates clearly with the veterinarians other hospital personnel and clients

Ensures that patients receive the care they need

Must be friendly and flexible in the face of varying expectations from clients and coworkers

Able to multi-task prioritize tasks well and think creatively

Provide for patient and client comfort by keeping the hospital clean and presentable

Must be able to withstand unpleasant odors and noises.

May be exposed to bites scratches animal waste and contagious diseases

We are open Mon-Fri 8am-6pm Sat 8-4. A typical work week consists of four 10-hour shifts which include rotating Saturdays.

Compensation is negotiable based on experience with a hourly pay range from $19-$22 hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors including your skills qualifications experience and location.
