Job Description

What youll do:
- Maintain waiting list and communication with those individuals on the list
- Monitor and track all incoming referrals and leads
- Utilize the Customer Relationship Management system (Enquire) consistently and keep update
- Coordinate pre-admission and approval process in a timely manner
- Conducts tours of facility with potential residents and their family members
- Utilize the Admission Matrix and Scope of Service tools to determine appropriate placement and ability to offer accommodations
- Follow the denial process ensuring all clinical and financial denials have been approved prior to submitting denial to the referral source
- Perform any other duties and/or tasks that may be assigned on an as-needed basis by an authorized supervisor
What youll need:
- Bachelors degree preferred with applicable sales and marketing experience
- 2 years work experience with older adult population or any equivalent combination of training and experience while providing the required skills knowledge and abilities to fulfill the essential job responsibilities
- Long-term care or healthcare experience
Compensation is $25.00 - $28.00 per hour based on background and experience
