HR Coordinator

The Pavilion at Robinson Terrace our stunning Assisted Living Facility located in Catskill Mountains of Stamford NY is seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Coordinator to join our team and support our mission of delivering compassionate care.

Key Responsibilities
Coordination: Administer HR programs including employee relations benefits and PTO management.
Payroll: Accurately process weekly payroll.
HR Support: Respond to employee inquiries on pay staffing and benefits.
Recruitment: Partner with department heads to assess needs screen applicants conduct interviews and onboard new hires.
Employee Relations: Address and resolve staff concerns with professionalism and confidentiality.
Records Management: Maintain accurate and compliant employee files.
Administrative Support: Provide additional HR and office support as needed.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors degree preferred.
23 years of HR experience (preferred).
Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel).
Strong communication skills with a commitment to confidentiality.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
