Job Summary
Tri-Cities Treatment Center is seeking qualified SUDP-T/ SUDP Counselors to become part of our growing clinical team.
Hiring Bonus month of September 2025 - $2000 at hire and $2000 at 90 days!
SUDP-T must be within one year of becoming a SUDP.
$25.00hr to $29.00hr Depending on Experience.

Our treatment center hours are: 5:00 a.m.- 1:00 p.m. M-F and 6:00 - 10:00 a.m. on rotating Saturdays.
Your Role:
- You will be assisting clients in identifying maximizing and relating their strengths to appropriate social educational (academic and vocational) and occupational goals.
- Be a beacon of hope for clients as they adjust to a drug free existence providing emotional and physical support through their journey.
- Ensure clients receive the best care by adhering to program policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
- Perform duties with dedication and within the scope of their professional license and certification.
Qualifications and Skills
- Washington SUDP licensure.
- Valid drivers license.
- Meet Washington requirements for employment in an opioid treatment program.
- We follow federal guidelines regarding prohibited substances even those legal at the state level.
