Position Overview: Deep Sync is seeking a Principal Software Engineer to be a foundational member of our engineering team in India. This individual will be a key technical contributor responsible for designing and developing AI-first products and platforms that are central to Deep Syncs strategic vision. This role requires a strong technical expert with a proven track record of delivering enterprise-grade solutions in a fast-paced remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive the development of our AI-first product portfolio from conceptualization to deployment.
- Play a key role in creating cutting-edge customer interaction platforms ensuring they are scalable reliable and user-friendly.
- Contribute to the development of an Agentic AI platform to enhance our operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and ship new features.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to a culture of technical excellence.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- 7 years of software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in developing and delivering large-scale software products.
- Expertise in AI/ML technologies and experience in building AI-powered applications.
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python Java or C.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a passion for innovation.
- Must be located in the country of India NOT the US.
