Job Description

Role Overview:

The FSC Analyst will leverage the Salesforce FSC data model to support the financial services business with a focus on mortgage and refinance operations. An analyst in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) works with a robust pre-built data model that extends standard Salesforce objects like Accounts and Contacts to include industry-specific elements like Financial Accounts Households Assets Liabilities and Financial Goals. The analysts role involves understanding these objects their relationships and leveraging the data model to support various financial sectors (banking wealth management insurance) for a 360-degree customer view enabling personalized engagement and data-driven insights.

The project involves building a robust FSC environment integrating financial and household data and delivering actionable insights to support client-focused financial services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal and client teams to implement enhance and optimize the FSC Salesforce instance.
  • Analyze functional requirements and translate them into FSC configurations and workflows.
  • Support data management and reporting by understanding the FSC data model and its relationships.
  • Enable personalized client engagement and data-driven insights using FSCs pre-built and custom objects.
  • Integrate FSC with external systems as needed to unify client financial data.
  • Provide functional guidance to engineers ensuring high-quality delivery of FSC solutions.
  • Participate in team meetings providing updates on FSC implementation progress and functional insights.
Required Skills:
  • 3-7 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC) implementations.
  • Strong understanding of FSC data model: Accounts Person Accounts Households Financial Accounts Financial Holdings and Financial Goals.
  • Experience in finance-related Salesforce projects preferably in mortgage or banking.
  • Strong functional analysis skills and ability to translate business requirements into Salesforce solutions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to work with global remote teams.
  • Experience with FSC reporting analytics and dashboard creation.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce integration with external systems via APIs or Data Cloud.
  • Exposure to managed services or ongoing Salesforce support projects.
  • Educational or professional background from reputable companies or financial institutions.
  • Fluency in English and strong communication skills.
  • Ability to attend core team meetings in the PST time zone.
