What Youll DoAs our Internal Recruiter you will own the full recruitment lifecycle.
Youll be responsible for:
Writing compelling job adverts and job descriptionsSourcing screening and interviewing candidatesCoordinating and managing the hiring process end-to-end
Onboarding new hires (from job offer through to integration)
Working with hiring managers to understand needs provide market insight and help with resourcing strategy
Maintaining candidate pipelines tracking recruitment metrics and improving our hiring workflows
Ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout
What Were Looking ForSolid experience in recruitment ideally in a small or growing business
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques interview best practices and selection methods
Excellent communication and organisation skills; able to work independentlyProactive energetic and resourceful
Must be able to commute to Burgess Hill; able to work on-site

What We Offer

- Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm. Flexibility may be required during busy periods.
