Role Overview
Brightline Painting is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative (CSR)/SDR to be the first point of contact for our clients. The CSR will play a key role in managing client inquiries scheduling appointments supporting project coordination and ensuring a smooth customer journey from first contact through project completion. This role requires strong communication skills excellent organizational abilities and a genuine commitment to delivering a top-tier customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for incoming calls emails and messages from clients.
- Manage scheduling of estimates appointments and follow-up communications.
- Enter update and maintain client information in the CRM system.
- Provide timely updates to clients on project status changes or delays.
- Support the sales and operations teams by preparing quotes proposals and customer documentation.
- Handle customer concerns or escalations professionally and ensure resolution in line with Brightline s standards.
- Assist with coordinating between painters project managers and clients to ensure clear communication.
- Maintain accurate reporting of customer interactions job progress and outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in customer service administrative or client support roles (construction home improvement or painting industry a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM systems scheduling tools and Microsoft/Google Office Suite.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
- Comfortable working remotely with accountability to deliver on tasks and deadlines.
Preferred Profile
- Prior experience in supporting service-based businesses (painting contracting trades or similar).
- Ability to balance empathy with professionalism when handling client concerns.
- A proactive and detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
