Job Summary
We are looking for Customer Support Agents with Greek & English who will contact and support the best customers in the market.
Tasks
- Providing support in Greek by phone email and Live chats;
- Processing with high attention to details and content;
- Identifying clients needs and proactively proposing solutions;
- Focusing on customer expectations and satisfaction;Working closely with our team to improve and establish the necessary processes.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a support agent online ideally within the iGaming/Gambling industry
- Proficiency in English and Greek both written and spoken;
- Proactive person with good support/sales skills;
- Strong communication and negotiation skills;
- Attention to detail;
- Availability to work in office and on shifts covering Monday to Sunday 24x7
