Job Description
Do you want to play a key role in keeping payment services safe compliant and trustworthy while guiding customers with professionalism and care Then this is the role for you!
As an Advisor you are the link between our customers and the compliance process. You ensure that customer documentation is correct complete and meets regulatory standards. This is not a high call-volume role its about accuracy professionalism and clear communication.

Tasks
What will you do
- Review and process customer documentation in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Reach out to customers via outbound calls to clarify or request documentation.
- Guide customers through submission and verification processes with empathy and professionalism.
- Identify irregularities or potential fraud and escalate cases when necessary.
- Work closely with Compliance Risk and Customer Support teams.
- Share feedback and contribute to improving internal processes.
Requirements
Your Profile:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information responsibly.
- Excellent communication skills in Dutch or French and English (native or near-native level).
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working with computer systems and various software applications.
- Experience with compliance or documentation processes is a plus.
