Job Description
Oracle HCM Technical Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote Travel
Duration: 12 months
Requirements:
- Develop configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
- Build and maintain fast formulas for Payroll Elements Eligibility Absence and Time & Labor.
- Create and manage Payroll reports using OTBI BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
- Work with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for mass data uploads and transformations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants and payroll stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related technical issues.
- Perform unit testing support UAT and deployment of Payroll customizations.
- Maintain technical documentation and adhere to project delivery standards and timelines.
- Participate in payroll upgrade and patch testing activities.
