Job Summary

Oracle HCM Technical Payroll Consultant
Location: Remote Travel
Duration: 12 months

Requirements:

Develop configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll solutions.
Build and maintain fast formulas for Payroll Elements Eligibility Absence and Time & Labor.
Create and manage Payroll reports using OTBI BI Publisher and HCM Extracts.
Work with HDL (HCM Data Loader) for mass data uploads and transformations.
Collaborate with functional consultants and payroll stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve payroll-related technical issues.
Perform unit testing support UAT and deployment of Payroll customizations.
Maintain technical documentation and adhere to project delivery standards and timelines.
Participate in payroll upgrade and patch testing activities.
