Job Summary

Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Type: Contract / PRN
Location: Gloucester MA 1930
Shift Options: 7a 3p 3p 11p 11p 7a
Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: 4 8 weeks (with potential extensions)
Schedule: 5 days/week with possible weekend rotation

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive resident assessments and create/update care plans
Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Supervise LPNs CNAs and other staff as required
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in EMR systems
Ensure compliance with state federal and facility regulations
Provide compassionate person-centered care in a long-term care setting

Requirements:

Valid RN license in the state of Massachusetts
Current CPR/BLS Certification
Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a SNF
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) documentation
Ability to work assigned shifts including potential weekend rotation
Strong critical thinking communication and leadership skills
