Job Description
Title: Certified Scrum Master/Project Manager
Location: Madison WI (remote within the State of WI)
Skills Required
- 2-5 years - Experience using Agile/Scrum Development Methodology
- 2-5 years - Experience in PMI- Project Management Methodology (Defining Scope Stakeholder Analysis RACI Project Charter Project Estimations Risk Assessments Budget tracking etc..)
- 2-5 years - Experience preparing business requirements and functional specifications
- 2-5 years - Ability to effectively refine and maintain a product backlog
- Experience writing user stories with clearly defined acceptance criteria
- Experience at refinement story splitting estimation velocity retrospectives and other scrum techniques
- Experience in creating documentation such as project charter risk analysis stakeholder analysis and engagement decision logs project estimation and timelines project status reports road maps project close out reports
- Experienced in leading CRM-focused projects overseeing end-to-end implementation optimization and integration of CRM platforms to support business objectives.
- Skilled in managing stakeholder expectations coordinating cross-functional teams and leveraging CRM insights to inform strategy and improve customer experience.
- Experience using Microsoft Azure DevOps or equivalent software to manage user stories and sprint backlogs.
- Proficiency with leading CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365) including configuration data structures workflows and integrations.
- PMP or equivalent Certification
- Bachelors Degree in a related field
Skills Desired
- Experience working with education software systems at school district or state levels.
- Knowledge of data warehousing and reporting
- Proficient in using Asana and Azure DevOps Boards to manage project timelines assign and track tasks monitor progress and facilitate cross-functional team collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
