Job Description
A Telesales job involves contacting potential and existing customers to sell products or services over the phone requiring strong communication sales and product knowledge skills to generate leads build relationships handle objections close sales and maintain customer records in a CRM system to meet targets and ensure customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities

- Customer Engagement:Interact professionally with customers build rapport understand their needs and provide information about offerings.
- Product Promotion:Effectively communicate the features and benefits of products or services through persuasive sales pitches.
- Objection Handling:Address customer concerns and hesitations overcoming obstacles to guide them towards a purchase.
- Sales Closing:Use effective techniques to close sales and meet sales targets contributing to revenue goals.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Record Keeping:Maintain accurate customer records sales activities and interactions in the companys CRM system.
- Follow-Up:Conduct follow-up calls to nurture leads provide post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Reporting:Prepare and present detailed sales reports and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:Conduct outbound calls to identify potential customers and generate new leads for products or services.
