Job Description

JD-Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Salesforce Release Engineer to manage
and optimize our release pipeline for Salesforce platform deployments. The ideal
candidate will have solid experience in release management DevOps practices within
the Salesforce ecosystem including working with source control CI/CD pipelines and
metadata deployments. You will collaborate closely with developers QA and business
stakeholders to ensure high-quality timely and compliant Salesforce releases.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate Salesforce release cycles across multiple instances and
environments (development QA UAT production).
Maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines using tools like Opsera Gearset Copado
Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
Implement version control practices using Bitbucket or GitHub.
Automate deployments of metadata and code using SFDX CLI and deployment
tools.
Manage sandbox refreshes data seeding and environment configurations.
Track release issues risks and deployment exceptions; ensure proper rollback
procedures are in place.
Collaborate with development QA and Project management teams to align on
release schedules.
Ensure all deployments follow compliance governance SOX or security
policies.
Monitor and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines and deployment skills-Salesforce Release ManagementCI/CD & Version Control Tools
(Copado/Autorabbit/Flosum/Gearset/AN
T Migration tool/GITHUB/ Bitbucket)
