Job Summary

We are hiring a Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs/LPNs) for one of our clients in Denton TX.

Job Description:

The Supported Living Center is seeking Licensed Vocational Nurses to provide advanced vocational nursing care. This role involves supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities complex medical needs and/or behavioral health conditions.

Responsibilities

Administer medications and treatments provide medication education and complete required documentation.
Perform computer data entry (training provided).
Ensure compliance with facility SOPs ICF-IDD Regulations DSSLC Policy/Directives and HHSC Standards Rules and Directives.

Requirements

Valid LVN license.
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Compliance with HHSC immunization requirements.
Successful completion of HHSC drug test and fingerprinting.
Completion of facility and HHSC required training.

Role Details

Openings: 5 positions available
Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM (Sunday Saturday alternating as needed)
Start Date: Any weekday contingent on completion of compliance requirements (allow 5 days for processing).
