Position: LPN/LVN (Licensed Practical Nurse)-LTC/SNF
Location: Miller SD57362
Facility: Good Samaritan Society
Shift: Nights Variable shift (Sunday through Saturday) 6PM-6:30 AM every other weekend and holiday rotation
Duration: 13 Weeks
Start date: 12/01/2025
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week

Overtime rate:- $56/hour
Holiday rate:- $56/hour

Pay Rate: Traveler: Gross: $1900 per week ($18.25/hr on W2 and $1243- Per Diem)

Requirements:

1 years of LTC/ SNF experience - Required
BLS AHA- Required
LPN- Compact/SD- Required

Job Duties:

Administer oral topical and inhaled medications as prescribed
Documenting all patient care treatments and observations accurately in electronic health records
Observe and report side effects or unusual resident behavior to nursing staff
Assist residents with basic daily care tasks (e.g. dressing grooming hygiene)
Ensure correct dosage and timing of medications per care plan
Overseeing and providing clinical guidance to CNAs or other care staff.
