What youll do:

Represent plaintiffs in employment discrimination matters under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and the Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance.
Handle cases involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination for New Jersey-based clients.
Manage all stages of litigation including:
Filing charges of discrimination with government agencies
Drafting and filing pleadings
Conducting discovery
Taking and defending depositions
Preparing for trial
Representing clients in state and federal court

What were looking for:

Licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey
Strong knowledge of employment discrimination law (federal PA and NJ)
Skilled in litigation discovery and trial preparation
Excellent communication and client advocacy skills
Self-motivated organized and eager to take cases from start to finish

Compensation:
