Job Description

Superintendent

Experience: 10 years in electrical construction with at least 3 years as a Superintendent overseeing 50 electricians.

Leadership: Must run the field without waiting for constant office input. Strong decision-making under pressure.

Skills: Manpower scheduling trade coordination OSHA compliance and quality assurance.

Expectation: Operates as the senior field authority ensuring deadlines production and safety are maintained. Must enforce SOPs and adapt quickly to site challenges.
