Job Description

Join Seven Senders as a Sales Champion in the Benelux region!

Drive growth across the region by generating and qualifying leads building strong relationships with e-commerce clients and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships. Shape tailored solutions guide customers through the full sales process and make an impact on their European growth. Stay ahead of market trends uncover new opportunities and represent Seven Senders at trade fairs and client meetings every day is a chance to shape the future of cross-border logistics.

The essence of your role

  • Drive growth in the Benelux region: Generate and qualify leads manage your pipeline and convert prospects into long-term e-commerce customers.
  • Win new business: Proactively reach out to potential clients identify their needs and close deals that boost their European growth.
  • Shape solutions: Translate customer requirements into tailored offers and guide them through the complete sales process from first contact to implementation.
  • Stay ahead of the market: Monitor trends and competitors providing valuable insights that strengthen our sales strategy.
  • Be our ambassador: Represent Seven Senders at trade fairs and client visits.

Qualifications :

This is what you need to succeed

  • You have completed vocational training or hold a degree in a commercial field such as Business Administration or Commercial Economics.
  • You can look back to 2-3 years of experience in a commercial logistics role or B2B sales within modern data-driven environments with a track record of exceeding targets and confidently working with KPIs such as conversion rates pipeline and activities.
  • You are a strong communicator by being empathetic persuasive and confident across all channels - whether on the phone via email or in person.
  • Customer-centricity is key and you quickly understand client needs and translate them into value-adding solutions.
  • Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level or higher); knowledge of German or French is a plus.
