About the Role
Pramira is building a world-class in-house team to deliver large-scale fiber-to-the-home (FTTH) network projects across California. We are looking for a Scheduler based in Manila to play a critical role in managing project timelines coordinating crews and ensuring milestone targets are met.
This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented thrives in fast-paced environments and wants to be part of a growing company in the telecommunications and utilities sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain project schedules for FTTH installations using Smartsheet.
- Issue and update 3-week lookahead schedules weekly ensuring alignment with field production.
- Track crew assignments production logs and progress against daily/weekly targets.
- Monitor milestone pacing (LF proofed/blown splices enclosures) and flag risks early.
- Support the Project Manager and Fiber Supervisor by generating daily weekly and monthly reports.
- Work with Warehouse Supervisor to align material dispatch with field schedules.
- Escalate schedule variances and propose recovery plans (e.g. reallocation of crews surge scheduling).
- Maintain accurate records for client reporting and internal dashboards.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Engineering Construction Management Business or related field (preferred).
- 23 years of scheduling or project coordination experience; telecom utilities or construction background is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Smartsheet Excel or similar scheduling/project tracking tools.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal.
- Comfortable working with remote leadership and collaborating across time zones.
