Job Summary

Are you ready to take your CCTV expertise to a rapidly growing tech hub Were looking for a CCTV Specialist to join our team in Bogotá Colombia where youll design deploy and maintain advanced surveillance systems that support both public and private operations in a dynamic city.

What Youll Do

Design install and configure CCTV and IP camera systems across multiple locations
Manage and maintain surveillance hardware including NVRs PoE switches and cabling
Conduct regular system audits optimize video network performance and troubleshoot issues
Implement corrective maintenance repairs and upgrades when necessary
Work closely with IT security and operations teams to integrate CCTV systems with broader infrastructure
Create and maintain detailed documentation network diagrams and operational procedures
Research and apply emerging technologies and best practices in video surveillance

Who You Are

Experienced with CCTV systems IP cameras and video surveillance networks
Solid technical understanding of networking concepts such as PoE VLANs and video compression
Skilled problem-solver able to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges
Excellent communicator and collaborative team player
Organized and detail-oriented comfortable working independently or across teams
Flexible and willing to travel to different sites as required
