Were looking for a Head of Compliance to take ownership of Montus compliance strategy and lead a high-performing team to deliver outcomes that underpin our growth. Reporting to the General Manager of Risk & Compliance this role will play a critical part in strengthening our compliance framework ensuring Montu continues to meet its legal and regulatory obligations while fostering a culture of accountability and integrity across the business.
What youll be doing
- Lead the strategic direction of Montus compliance function advising the Executive Leadership Team on compliance risks regulatory developments and emerging issues.
- Develop implement and continuously improve compliance frameworks policies and training embedding compliance into Montus culture.
- Oversee compliance risk management and monitoring programs ensuring risks are identified assessed and mitigated.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and regulators to maintain transparency and trust.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the compliance team building capability and driving continuous improvement.
Qualifications :
What were looking for
- Extensive experience (10 years) in senior compliance roles within large highly regulated industries.
- Strong background in designing and implementing compliance programs across multiple regulatory domains.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and coaching high-performing teams.
- Deep understanding of relevant legislation standards and regulatory expectations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence at executive level.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in law risk compliance or a related discipline.
