What You ll Do:
- Provide Security for clients ensuring a safe and secure environment.
- Monitor Security Systems conduct regular patrols and respond to incidents swiftly and professionally.
- Deliver Exceptional Customer Service representing ARDENT Protection with respect and care in every interaction.
- Uphold Industry Standards as part of our broader mission to transform the security industry through professionalism and integrity.
What We re Looking For:
- Current D License (required)
- Previous Security Experience 1 year preferred) especially in high-risk environments is a plus.
- Strong de-escalation skills
- Excellent report writing
- Ability to conduct extensive foot patrols
- CCTV review proficiency
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation: $17.50 per hour

Skills :
Conduct routine patrols of hotel property including parking areas and public spaces.
Maintain constant reporting through Tracktik and complete daily activity logs.
Monitor for suspicious activity and report incidents in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure compliance with property rules and company policies.
Remain alert and visible during assigned shifts.
Stand or walk for extended periods of time as part of patrol duties.
Communicate effectively with hotel staff and management when safety concerns arise.
