Job Summary

We are a thriving repossession and transportation company seeking a motivated Recruiting Coordinator to join our team. This full-time position is based in our Plum office and will be responsible for recruiting across our Pittsburgh market.

As the Recruiting Coordinator you will be the go-to point of contact for all hiring in the region. You ll partner directly with managers and field leaders while owning the full recruiting cycle from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires. This role is best suited for someone who is resourceful independent and driven to deliver results.

Skills :

Proactively source screen and engage candidates for open roles across multiple locations.
Conduct initial phone screens zoom interviews and schedule manager interviews (Zoom and in-person).
Manage candidate relationships and communication throughout the hiring process.
Post and manage job ads across multiple platforms; maintain visibility through networking and career sites.
Participate in recruiting events such as job fairs and career days; identify new sourcing pipelines
Recruit for a wide range of field roles (e.g. drivers lot attendants investigators) with unique compliance/hiring requirements.
Review criminal background checks and motor vehicle records against company policy.
Assist with onboarding and offboarding tasks to ensure a smooth employee experience.
