Your Role: The Guardian of a Global Community
As a Content Moderator you will be the final line of defense against harmful and inappropriate content. Your daily work will directly protect users from a wide range of content from hate speech to misinformation. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Evaluation and Decision-Making: You will review user-generated content including videos photos comments and live streams to ensure compliance with our platforms community guidelines. This requires sharp judgment and the ability to make quick informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Policy Enforcement: You will be responsible for applying our clear and specific policies to a high volume of content. Your decisions will directly impact the user experience so consistency accuracy and efficiency are paramount.
- Identifying Emerging Trends: You will play a crucial role in identifying new trends in harmful content or policy violations. By reporting and escalating these patterns you will help our safety teams stay ahead of emerging threats and improve our moderation systems.
- Collaborating for Consistency: You will work within a diverse multicultural team of moderators. This collaborative environment ensures our content policies are enforced consistently across the German-speaking market and around the globe.

Essential Qualifications:
- Language Proficiency: A C2 level in German is a non-negotiable requirement. You must have a full and nuanced understanding of the language including regional slang and cultural references. Additionally a B2 level in English is necessary for team communication training and internal correspondence.
- Emotional Resilience: The role involves exposure to sensitive and graphic content. You must be able to handle this type of material professionally maintaining emotional fortitude and a clear focus on the task at hand.
