We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Italian-Speaking Business Development Associate to join our international sales team in this role you will connect with business clients understand their needs and recommend solutions that support their growth. Your mission will be to develop strong client relationships expand market reach and exceed sales targets.
This role is perfect for professionals with experience in call centers banking telesales or SaaS who want to grow their career in B2B sales within a dynamic and multicultural environment.
Key Responsibilities

Contact business clients via phone email and digital platforms to promote and sell solutions.

Conduct needs analysis to match products/services to client goals.

Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of qualified leads and opportunities.

Consistently achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales objectives.

Strengthen client loyalty by nurturing long-term business relationships.

Record and track all client interactions and sales activities in CRM tools.
Requirements

Fluent Italian speaker with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good command of English (B2) for training and team collaboration.

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales ideally B2B.

Solid background in call center banking telesales or SaaS sales.

Proven negotiation and closing skills with a persuasive approach.

Results-oriented proactive and comfortable working towards targets.

Good computer literacy and experience using CRM systems.
