Job Summary
Job Title: Property Manager
Pay: $45000 - 55000 per year
Location: Thatcher AZ
Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced and licensed Property Manager to join our team in Thatcher AZ. The ideal candidate will be highly organized customer-service oriented and skilled at managing daily property operations tenant relations and leasing activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of assigned residential properties.

Handle leasing renewals rent collection and tenant communication.
- Ensure compliance with Arizona landlord-tenant laws and company policies.

Conduct property inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance.

Prepare and maintain accurate financial and operational reports.

Build and maintain positive relationships with tenants property owners and vendors.
Qualifications

Arizona Real Estate License (preferred)

3 years of experience in property management
- Strong knowledge of property management practices and state regulations
