What Youll Do

Collaborate with client recruiting teams to source and pre-qualify candidates
Screen candidate profiles and assess interest/availability via calls and emails
Keep databases updated (Dynamics LinkedIn Recruiter internal systems)
Draft and update job descriptions and role specifications
Identify talent from job boards databases referrals and online platforms
Schedule and conduct candidate interviews independently
Support the team with administrative recruitment tasks

What Were Looking For

Fluent English (C1) excellent written and spoken communication
trong organizational and multitasking skills
Computer setup suitable for remote work high-speed internet
Detail-oriented proactive and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Nice to Have

Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter Dynamics or other ATS tools
Ability to handle both high-volume and hard-to-fill positions
