Sr. Physician Assistant Urgent Care/Emergency (Evening/32) Location: Roseville CA (Onsite)

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Physician Assistant to join the Urgent Care/Emergency team in Roseville CA. This role provides high-quality patient-centered care in a fast-paced acute care environment and requires strong clinical experience independent practice capabilities and exceptional teamwork.
This is an onsite position with evening shifts (32 or 36 hours/week) and rotating weekly schedules.
Must-Have Qualifications -
Minimum 3 years of Physician Assistant experience in Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine (within the last 5 years).

Graduate from an ARC-PA accredited Physician Assistant program.

California Physician Assistant License (required upon hire).

Physician Assistant National Certification (required upon hire).

National Provider Identifier (NPI) (required upon hire).

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Preferred Qualifications -
Strong background in urgent or emergency care.

Ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment.

Fast learner with strong clinical judgement and the ability to manage acute cases efficiently.
Responsibilities -
Provide comprehensive patient assessment diagnosis and treatment in an urgent care/emergency setting.

Perform examinations order and interpret diagnostic tests and develop treatment plans.

Collaborate with physicians nurses and support staff to deliver optimal patient care.

Respond to acute and emergent cases with appropriate interventions.

Document patient care accurately in accordance with clinical and organizational standards.

Deliver patient education to support understanding and self-care.
Schedule Details This is an Evening Shift role with 32-hour or 36-hour weekly options.
Rotating 2-week schedule:
Week 1: Sun Mon Thu Fri
Week 2: Mon Tue Wed Sat
