Skilled position responsible for the full scope of equipment maintenance across the campus including: day to day repairs preventative maintenance and planned projects. Position works collaboratively with colleagues and contractors. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform routine general maintenance tasks
- Work closely with team members and residents to handle concerns as requested
- Diagnose and assess multiple types of maintenance needs including complex problems/failures
- Work independently with limited supervision
- Work under pressure in confined spaces; in wet environments and with electrical equipment and circuits in any combination
- Read and interpret blueprints
Minimum Qualifications:
- 3-5 years commercial HVAC experience
- Commercial experience required
- Basic understanding of electrical hydraulic and other systems
- Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Working knowledge of tools common appliances and devices
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
