Senior Product Analyst (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Product Analyst to start immediately as part of our Learner Insights & Analytics team in Berlin. The Learner Insights & Analytics team works with various product teams across the organization evaluating impact on our key metrics and making product performance visible and actionable.

You will:

• Develop in-depth understanding for what drives user behavior in the product and uncover growth levers by conducting and coordinating focused research
• Drive a data mindset and contribute to product decisions with insights and business cases via various methods including AB tests causal inference methods etc.
• Challenge and proactively contribute to analytical concepts for decision-making with insights and data modeling
• Act as a reliable and responsive subject matter expert and point of contact for product managers & product stakeholders

You have:

• 4 years of experience in a product/data analyst role or equivalent preferably for an online business with a proven track record of transforming data into actionable reports and insights
• You have excellent communication and presentation skills and can transform complex information into actionable insights for different audiences both orally and in writing.
• You love to enable people with data and insights and have a talent for building strong professional relationships
• You are highly proficient in SQL
• You are highly proficient in (self-service) analytics tools such as Tableau or Amplitude
• You have practical experience supporting agile teams both with A/B tests and causal inference methods
• You have experience with a coding language used for data analysis
• You are eager to enhance your impact and effectiveness with AI tools

You might have

• Familiarity with version control (e.g. Git)
• Experience with workflow automation (e.g. n8n) or agentic AI
